Here are a few photos of the new pendants I made lately.  Trying new glazes and experimenting with decals.  I will soon have a good inventory to sell.   I just love working in my studio and trying new ideas.  If I sell,  that's just a bonus, a very good encouraging bonus.  Thanks for looking at my creations.

New pendants

Just posting  new photos I took today of a few pendants I fired yesterday.  Fired again today, can't wait till tomorow morning, to open the kiln, and see the results.  I had a few pendants that I wasn't satisfied with the glaze results, so I re-glazed and fired again. 

News from Violette Station Studio

Sorry for the delay in posting. Lots to do. New photos added from last firing. Some were O.K., others not so good. Lots to learn.
I received my new torch and supplies for glass bead making. Can't wait to try it out. Hubby will set the torch to my table this week-end. Then it's practice time. I started with a HotHead torch for now. Cheapper. Then if I like doing this, I'll move on to a oxy-propane one. Cheers.

My new blog

Hi, my name is Denise, I live in New Brunswick, Canada. I love making jewelry. Started with stringing, moved on to chainmaille, then recently, tried my hand at ceramics. And was hooked. I make my own clay and porcelain pendants, bisque them, glaze, then re-fire. It's always fun opening the kiln and finding your creations.
So now, I will incorporate my ceramic pendants with my chainmaille and other jewelry. And soon, will be making my own glass beads.
